A large share of Thulasi photo uploads get rejected before the application is even reviewed, and the most common reason given is "Face Not at the Center." The portal wants your face straight and centered - not tilted to one side. Your face should fill most of the photo, not look small or far away (roughly the top 70-80% of the frame). Take the photo against a plain white or light-colored wall, with no shadows on your face or in the background.
